The add did say it would take 10 to ship and at 11 days i reached out to the seller and he had printed the label but the device had not actually shipped. his response is that he was manufacturing them as fast as they could. But with only 489 sales/reviews and this not being a "in high demand item" i find that statement a little hard to believe.
