  Wrong item sent. Requested correct item and offered to send other item back. Seller made us prove twice it was incorrect then dragged their feet to send correct item. They then said they’d sent it when actually they didn’t send it for another few days (online tracking showed so). They did reply with courtesy and promptness and the items were well packaged but please own your mistakes and resolve sooner.
