Seller responded that it was on its way, I had to request the tracking number which they provided so I can say that the communication was very good. The case arrived was packed well it was a drop shipment by Wal-Mart. It is a Plano which is a good brand. I bought it to carry my drone it is designed for firearms with a little work will be perfect Over all happy with the seller & case
