He has no refund policy so he can sell used/broken items as new!Thia item was advertised as "New", but when we received it, the original packed was damaged/torn/cut and opened. It was loosely put in a big box that rattle the item around. Barely any bubble wrap or any other packaging material was used. When we tried to use it, it won't work. When we tried to return it, eBay says this seller doesn't accept returns!Total waste of time and money!!!!
