  great communication, fast shipping, well packed, unfortunately it did not fit my truck.talked with seller who agreed to accept return, before I could get it sent back we had a small flood and box got very wet. I could not return to him in this condition so advised him I would keep it and try to sell locally. He offered a partial refund..Seller is honest and can be trusted./ Item description needs better details, super crew vs super cab.

  This is a very lightweight roomy container. Shipped in it's original box which has bubble wrap inside so no damages occurred during the shipping process. The description however is incorrect regarding the type of water to use. It says no special water required. The manual says to use DISTILLED water.

  These are the best indoor Zappers they are , I had others which where so loud it woke the family up at night. This works even better and quieter also the seller was superb. The package arrived with blazing speed and the communication was the best . Sellers like this is what makes EBay so much fun , I hope to have many more transactions in the future!

  I had a very positive experience with the seller. One of the mounting bolts failed during installation and I asked the seller if he could ship me a replacement which he did instantly and was nice enough to even send me a backup one just in case. Definitely went above and beyond with the customer service!
