It was sitting at a PO in FL for over a week. Most likely due to road closures of the fires - smanuf-99 repeatedly gave me updates and checked the package locations. Wasn’t anyone’s fault and this seller did a good job with a bad situation and a relatively upset customer!!! Thank you!!

I looked through, everything seems to be okay so far, I did not unpacked the crystals though. My electrician did not install the light yet, I assume it should work OK. The item looks as described, it is beautiful. The value is great. Thank you very much!
