  Ordered 5pc 24oz lead wts. from dealer Aug.28, received Sept 3 in well packaged delivery, unfortunately my weights were 16oz.weight instead of 24oz. I left a review stating this fact. I wanted the 24oz. weights and re-ordered from the same company and promptly received the correct order this time. Company called me back and apologized for the mistake. They told me to keep the 16oz. lead and credited my credit card account for my original order. This is a solid company with business integrity.

  Package received damaged with only 4 2# weights and no 24 oz weights. Package was at best poorly packaged for a non-reinforced cardboard box containing lead weights.

  The package was well packaged for lead weight with 3 lines of reinforced heat-secured lines. We can't control on USPS handles the packages. If you notice it was taped up by USPS which indicated they damage the package, and has nothing to do with the way we package the items.

  I realized I had the wrong address in the shipping and panicked. I got ahold of the guy and he was able to intercept it before it was shipped. Good service. I will note I had to do some forensics to find his phone number as it is not in the listing. Overall I'm very happy.
