  Great price for this particular panel! Arrived with shattered glass because the box was too tight and there were no foam corner pieces to provide a buffer-zone (shipped cross-country from CA to NJ). They sent another right away which arrived in good shape although the packing did not change. Great communication, arrived right on time, overall a very positive experience with this seller :-)

  False advertising. Not a 200w panel size is likely 50 watt. Panel is not labeled with specifications. When complained only offered $15 off. Wanted to return panel but seller did not commit to pay shipping.

  so there were some shipping damages with the glass being broken on some of my solar panels but i must say the company was great in communicating to me i got a quick response for every communication i sent i ultimately received a refund on the panels that were damagedI would do business with them again and I would recommend them
