Multiple messages were sent prior to purchasing and after purchase, but before shipping. I clearly stated when the item was needed by, and if it could not be delivered by then, cancel the order and do not ship. Crickets from the seller. It was shipped anyway and arrived in the delivery window, but 2 days later than I needed. See the screenshots.
