This is not a reflection on the seller, but the product. The price was right, but the quality just isn't there. Two of the twelve traps wouldn't set or stay set for more than a couple of minutes on either the fast or slow settings. On the third or fourth attempt, the spring bar staples pulled out, rendering the traps useless. These are mouse traps, so I don't expect them to be military-spec, but I didn't have this issue with older Victor traps.
