  I did not receive the item but it was not there fault and when I contacted them they responded very quickly and issued me a refund immediately. Great customer service. I would recommend them to anybody.

  I had a problem with the bird seed being delivered to my address more than once with different sellers. I was guessing that maybe the company delivering was stealing the seed , or taking to the wrong address. It is possible the vendor they were buying the seed from was shady possibly which I reported to ebay to investigate? I have ordered bird seed from ebay for about 5 years, and now just go to the store to get it. Buyers are protected but the sellers are getting stiffed for shipping & cost.

  Maybe my worst Ebay transaction ever. Just horrible. Avoid this seller is my advice to others. They "game the system" by saying it is shipped, providing tracking, but 10 days later, the item never shows accepted by shipper, or shipped at all. Contract them and you get this auto-generated reply. Thanks to Ebay for getting my refund quickly.
