He replied the next morning "is it locked"...no manual with it, looked up, no way to lock/unlock keyboard. Asked him HOW 20 minutes after his response. Since then (2 days)...crickets. returning the laptop tomorrow AM, I WOULD leave a "NEGATIVE", but he did respond ONCE!
