Four times DHL had the package within about 3 miles of my house, but then over several days turned around and sent it away to another state and other cities, again.

This seller further delayed any potential resolution by not taking my report at face value. The photo shows package on someone else’s porch. The seller used a low quality service that doesn’t even allow me to report the misdelivery! Then they wanted to argue with me instead of filing a claim. And they are slow to respond.
