  What an awesome helmet! Finally, I have a helmet that fits my fat head! The communication between me and the seller was exceptional. My concerns/questions were answered the same day.   Good seller honest and great customer service. There was an item that was not available and the seller let me know. Seller offered to make some changes, and my husband decided it was best to ask for our refund. The seller immediately did the transaction. Thank you very much.

  Ordered a sweater, size S/exS, as I'm an old man of slight build. Took a month to come from China, of course. Then found it's huge. Way too big, must be XL at least. Description says "new with tags." No tag or label on the thing. Two stickers on wrapping, both in Chinese. Tried message seller, and got back a stock message that they are pleased I like their product!

  I just got informed that it was lost in transit supposedly, after a month went by, I seen that it hadn't been even shipped yet on their website but yet it is lost, how is it possible to loose something that hasn't been even shipped. I smell a scam being plaid on me. Just ship the product you advertised or send me my money back, plain and simple

  I have contacted this seller MANY times, INITIALLY we reached an AGREEMENT for them to reimburse me for the return shipping, see the copy in "photo's". Then they tried all kinds of weaseling out with nonsense double talk, including claiming they DID send me the FULL amount, with a receipt from the CORRECT size I ordered and they CANCELLED the order, NOW these unscrupulous sellers are completely denying their agreement, that I sent to many times to pay the return shipping. ALL proof in pic's.
