Just Right!
The threaded rod, washers, and nuts are standard hardware store items, but the machined aluminum drifts are the critical components for this tool. They are the perfect size to fit inside the bearings and inside a BB30 bottom bracket. Installation was really quick and simple. The bearing slid in straight the first time. I don't need this tool very often but this purchase allowed me to do the job myself. Better to spend the money on new tools than someone else's labor.

Perfect
I love this set. I wish it included a ring cutter (when you mess up or move pipe) but the tool is perfect. It doesn't take much effort (less than I was expecting) and the tool lets you know when the crimp is done because the handles will touch. You don't keep squeezing until you think it's right. The go/no-go tool needs more explanation. I had to Google it to figure out how to read it: the crimped ring is supposed to fit into the gauge, but not all the way in. The pipe cutter is wonderful. So fast and easy--like a hot knife through butter. Just be sure you cut squarely, not diagonally. Easy to fix. Very happy I bought this and didn't spend more.
