  It is new, just as described. It has a very unique presentation box. The outer part is like a books binding, using magnets to keep it closed. The box itself is held inside the cover also with magnets. Pretty cool. I had good, friendly communications with the seller. The post office took the package on little delay trip. The item was shipped in a sturdy box and bubble wrap. Well protected. I recommend this seller.
