10 round mag only holds 9 rounds
Purchased 3 10 round factory Sig Sauer P-226 magazines in 40 S&W. As hard as I try I cannot get the tenth round into the magazine. Same on all three. Sig Sauer customer service advised me that they will break in over time. Not an acceptable answer. I didn’t buy 9 round magazines that might hold a tenth round some day. Been a instructor for 39 years and been to Sig Armorers School. So I may have loaded a few magazines before. Very surprised by this failure of an otherwise excellent product. Equally disappointed in the response from customer service. These magazines should hold 10 rounds of ammunition right from the start.
