Ford Escape 3.0L V6 Flex Pipe repair
Superior quality product from gauge of steel pipe, flex tube, thickness of flange and welds. Perfect fit and size, slides onto front y-pipe if you cut clean up against front of weld on old flex pipe, then clean up rough edges of old pipe with grinder. New Flex pipe will slide on snug with a little effort. You will also need Permatex 80335 Muffler and Tailpipe Sealer, 3 oz tube and 2" HD pipe clamp. Money and time saver vs replacing entire y-pipe. Don't forget to test fit and mark location and angle of pipe flange to bolt up to cat pipe before sealing and bolting everything together. Did this for my 2003 Ford Escape XLT 3.0L V6
