I asked them five separate times to please send my item and send me tracking info. The only response I got was an automated response over the weekend that they weren’t in the office. They never bothered to respond. I filed a claim with eBay and finally got my refund. Super disappointed they have terrible service. Don’t waste your time ordering from them.
