  The item arrived earlier than expected, is exactly as was described in the ad and in good working condition. Additionally, I had asked the seller not to ship the plug as it will not fit the power outlets in Australia, and they honoured my request thus reducing global waste. Excellent experience overall.   The item was advertised as new but when it arrived it was used with scratches on it . when I contacted the seller all I got was a condescending reply saying it was finger prints . They Never even offered to replace the item . So I would strongly be very careful of buying anything off this seller when anything advertised as new .. for me this seller should be frown off ebay and sell there things on dodgy cheap markets ..

  The Item was not sold new but Excellent Refurbished which is written in the title and the item condition description. The item was processed on a silicone mat with gloves on, there is also no scratches in the very clear images. I offered to pay the return to send it back (as the other item sold) for a full refund. You declined, i followed all procedures with a kind tone, I'm not sure what else i could have done to make the solution any easier, apologies regardless Ant

  Item was sold as a SET but I only received one leg? When asking for the other I was told the word SET was by the seller a "colloquialism" and that I was wrong as a customer. So I took a screen shot of the definiton of the word SET in the Oxford online dictionary and sent it to the seller. The seller then withdrew his offer of sending the missing leg as I and I quote from the sellers words " NOT A NICE MOVE" and retracted his offer. Im sure there will be a reply telling me Im wrong AVOID

  The listing easily showed one leg which comprised of a compass, antenna and the leg its self which makes the set. Your ill mannerd communication lead me to halt the free offer of another leg which we sell and was going to ship for free. As we provided the best solution and you continued to patronise us inc sending a dictionary example of the word set (which i was correct on) i removed the offer of a free leg as i dont want you to think acting like that is tolarable, just try to be nice, simple!
