  This seller has issues with shipping, communication and by not being truthful. Sadly, in need of improvements internally. Case opened, settled by eBay. Seller provided a tracking number but never did hand the item over to the shipping method of their own choice. I had to open an "Item Not Received" case. Seller then stated that they made the refund but did not do so. Ebay then stepped in and provided the refund. They held my money in limbo for most of the month. They relisted this. Who's next???

  I ordered a product from this company, which is in NY. I say that because I am in NY. Not only did they never ship it, they apparently didn’t care about my order at all. I contacted them through eBay and they had no excuse. The only descent thing that happened with this order was that my money was refunded. I have since ordered the same product, far cheaper, from North Dakota, and received it in a few days. That is the difference between very poor customer service and great customer service.

  The item arrived damaged. I immediately contacted the seller through ebay. The immediately refunded my payment. Their communication was timely and appreciated. I would consider another from this seller.
