  Great ebayer. slow shipping, but just what I needed. I did direct message the seller a week before they shipped trying to change the address, but there was no response from the seller and the address was not corrected.

  Purchased and paid for item on 5/8/24. Item never shipped. Contacted seller after a week; no response. Contacted seller again after another week and again no response. Asked for help from eBay and only receive a refund after another week but no item and no reason for not filling the order. Terrible seller. Would give zero stars if possible. Buyer beware.

  7 DAYS LATER AND THE ITEM HASN'T SHIPPED, PATHETIC! THIS IS NO GOOD. I GET THINGS IN 3 DAYS FROM FLA FROM GOOD SELLERS. ITEM DIDN'T EVEN SHIP YET, PATHETIC! DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLERR IF YOU WANT THINGS IN A TIMELY FASHION. ITEM NEVER ARRIVED.

  I have tried SEVERAL times to contact the seller (Urban Brewers) about not receiving my order. They will not answer phone calls, respond to emails. I ordered 18 days ago. Their location is less than 200 miles from my home. eBay is now involved. I have ordered from this company in the past but NEVER again. I was waiting on this product and now it has probably cost me $50 because I am probably going to have to dump my wine batch because of this. Be very careful if dealing with them. BS.

  Buyers Beware!!!! There pic shows bsg pectin enzyme in description it says bsg but they send whatever they want apparently!! I pay more and bought this because I wanted this specific brand! They send me one I can buy local for half the price here and on eBay!! Contacted them twice no response!!! I’d REALLY APPRECIATE MY MONEY BACK!! SCAMMERS

  Here it is May 16th, Purchased this item on Mar 21st, It was promptly shipped but never delivered. I concede that it is not the sellers fault that USPS lost it I have sent many emails and never got a response. Even found their phone number about a month ago and called them. Nothing absolutely nothing, I can not rate the product, I never got it, I can rate their customer service, it is no existent
