The item was wrapped with thin bubble wrap and then put in a box half filled with styro peanuts leaving the item somewhat exposed. The bix was marked FRAGILE and the item doesn’t seem to have been damaged. Very good experience.

Really disappointed because these boots would have been great but I couldn't even try them on they were so damaged. The seller saw the pictures I sent and IMMEDIATELY issued a Full refund! I would trust them to make another purchase from them so I recommend this seller.
