I'll buy several more of these to convert my other hydration packs. This system keeps leakage from happening, which is great because losing water is never ever a good thing. They sent a return label and refunded the purchase immediately once they received the returned item. I then purchased this item through ebay and was again completely satisfied with the quality and description of item. Buy with confidence from Venture... and they also throw some sweet stickers in with the item when they ship it which is an added bonus.
