My request wasn't even for a refund or replacement, but rather TO DO "MAKE AN OFFER" and PAY for better packaging and faster shipping. Not a very funny joke. Would avoid this seller. Ordered again from a different seller and hoping this time my mileage DOES vary.

I contacted the seller, who suggested soaking them. I did, no improvement. Seller said they would send more, newly dug. That was a month ago. No reply to my next email requesting an update. No quality, no value and poor condition.
