The tracking information was faulty and uninformative. I was frustrated about the late arrival and lack of information, but the seller remained positive. But, I informed Wakonda sellers that I am a baker without a working oven and my part arrived 3 days sooner than expected. Two hours later my oven was repaired and back in working order. I could not ask for better service.
