  I received the shower bars very quickly, but I got the wrong size for what I needed. After notifying the seller,I got an email with a return label almost immediately. I took it and dropped it off with a FedEx location and got an immediate email telling me my refund would be forthcoming. I got the refund shortly thereafter. Seller was very quick and communicated clearly. Very positive experience.

  Great communication I had to email the seller to see what happened with my item there was a mix up with the shipping seller responded fast and sent me my item received the next day bottle had leaked and it was supposed to come with a pump it wasn't with the package great seller will buy from again

  I bought this item and waited over two weeks for delivery and it never came, also they never provided any tracking for the item. I emailed them and asked when it will be delivered and they never answered me back, and Ebay refunded my money.
