  Shipping was faster than expected as were updated notifications which gives "communication" 5 stars. I would caution/relate to the seller that the delivery was dropped at my roadside mailbox in below 30` temp just before 8P. Good thing I had a call and noticed the delivery email from Ebay. Otherwise the package would've sat out in freezing temp all night. No Fault of Seller. This was a Great transaction.

  I hate leaving negative feedback. But this seller was awful, no communication. Wouldn't respond to my emails. Messaged 3 times. Try to give a partial refund for damage product. If there where 3 okay, I would taken it. But all 6 where leaking. Shipped in a poly bag. With no bubble wrap. Took so long to offer a full refund and didn't even apologize for the item being damaged. I recommend buying from someone else. Waste of time and money dealing with this seller. Lesson learned.

  The tubes were busted open inside the first 2 envelopes I opened. Didn’t open any more after that. Contacted the seller and they blame damage during shipping but that’s not the case. The box was in perfect condition upon arrival. They made no attempt to replace or reimburse. Some previous reviews state the same problem. Beware!

  Absolute garbage, sorry I left positive feedback before using. Tubes leaking inside foil bags, stems removal tool doesn’t work and you have to open with a knife. Dogs usually itch after application and they don’t with this stuff. I’ve been using this product many years and there is something very wrong with this stuff. Read some other reviews from this seller before you waste your money
