I never received a return mailing label, so I sent it to the return address on the package. The sender was nice enough to refund my purchase price. This was all a big screw up and I'm going to reorder the item.

I contacted the seller about the situation, they were quick to respond & offered to make the situation right. I really appreciated that because I was expecting a hassle. The good is that the seller took care of me, the customer, the bad was that I didn't get the Willow Tree Set I wanted. So, I am going to give a positive review because people are way more important than things.

Reached out to seller and was asked if I preferred a refund or the missing quantity to be shipped. I received my refund as requested, for the items that never shipped.

Didn't receive it until the 27th. Other than that everything was great. Will purchase from this seller again.
