Once it was given to the P.O. it arrived fairly quickly, but this shows mis-information about the Seller and their merch! Have not tried the adapter yet, but it was well-packaged and seems to be in good condition and matches the listing image.

Rating neutral because the sellers description was in Brookfield, Wisconsin, United States. But during shipping USPS used a shipping partner Ding Hong which means that it shipped from China, making the order take longer. I bought the chip programmer from this seller because I wanted it quickly, and by being deceptive my work was delayed.
